The last time we spoke to the people of Zambia about the status of cervical cancer in their country, things had a way to go - high rates, low vaccination levels, lack of education and difficulty accessing screening services.

Now, we've returned to see how things are going for Zambia now, speaking with gynecologic oncologist Dr Paul Kamfwa from the Zambia Cancer Diseases Hospital.
